Winter Solstice?

One of the most magical things about this special day is that winter darkness is at its deepest and longest.  It has has been celebrated through the ages as a promise of better days, rebirth, light, and renewal...

symbolizing hope and new beginnings.

with fire we transmute

Spiritual practitioner, Manu, will guide us in traditional Vedic ritual, chanting, and meditation- with music, sound bowls, bells, and the healing element of FIRE.

Let's consider what is no longer serving us, call in love and healing, and open ourselves up to infinite possibility, creativity, and inspiration.

About Manu

I fell in love with the ancient Vedic fire ritual during a visit to my spiritual home in Amritapuri, India. The havan ceremony is held every morning in the temple there. During my first ceremony and every one since, I could feel the presence of Spirit very tangibly and powerfully, and afterwards all of my subtle bodies felt cleaner, lighter, and energized. I knew in my soul that this primordial ceremony is very very powerful. It is the most ancient ritual from the Hindu tradition, and goes back to prehistoric times. Since ancient times this ritual has been performed by sages and shamans in the wilderness and in settlements, to transform the imbalanced elements of humanity and nature. The tradition of havan continues from prehistoric times, where variations of the ceremony are performed by trained priests to invoke Spirit for occasions like weddings, house warmings, building and temple consecrations, and exorcisms, and to generally bring health, wealth, and harmony in life.

By the grace of Spirit I was able to learn how to do a primary form of this ritual, which I have been developing as a personal practice for some time, always with the aim to raise the vibration of the collective consciousness of our planet. Meanwhile, I have seen it work wonders in hastening my individual growth and blossoming. I am extremely honored and joyful to be able to share the medicine of the holy flame with you! While I am not a formally trained Hindu priest, I am an intuitive spiritual practitioner and have felt called to share this practice with anyone who wishes to partake of its benefits. I don’t claim any particular religion, however, I practice and am initiated into one of the Tantric Hindu traditions under the spiritual guidance of my guru, Amma the Hugging Saint, formally known as Mata Amritanadamayi.

I perform havan ceremonies for the sheer love of doing them and I am happy to do them for anyone interested in receiving their benefits. I take small donations to cover the cost of the materials. Any extra funds I contribute towards future ceremonies, I do not profit from them.

Accompanying Manu, will be Daphne Elliott from Divine Light Self Care,

who will be playing sound bowls for deep relaxation and healing.

Sound Bath Healing & Relaxation provided by

We’ve all experienced the ways in which sound can impact how we feel: from a sudden, loud noise in the next room causing our heart rate to jump, to the soothing sound of ocean waves.

It is no surprise, then, that using sound therapy to achieve various physical and emotional healing outcomes is a practice that has been around for hundreds and even thousands of years by cultures across the world.

Every part of our physical and energetic body has its own unique resonant frequency – or vibratory rate – and the chakra bowls are tuned to correlate with the 7 energy points in the body in order to activate and open them to flow thoughout our energetic system.

And if none of this resonates...then come to
