Join us for a serene experience combining the gentle support of water with healing vibrations of sound. Whether you're new to sound baths or a seasoned wellness searcher, this is a beautiful way to release, reconnect, and renew.
Gorgeous sound bath healing provided by Sandra Béjar, who is a certified 500-hour yoga instructor. Alongside her sister, she's recently opened a lovely yoga studio in Keller called Dandelion House.
Marlene Barardo from Spacious Living, Life Coaching will share reflections on sound bath healing, the transformative power of sound vibrations and their deep connection to chakra alignment and energetic harmony.
Two options to choose from: in the water or poolside on a yoga mat.
