About the event
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this serene and nourishing experience. It was so special to gather in the gentle support of water and allow the healing vibrations of sound to help us slow down, release, and reconnect.
A heartfelt thank-you to Stephanie Trappler for the beautiful sound bath she offered. Her calming presence and the rich layers of sound created a deeply restful and meditative space, and I know many of us felt the shift in our bodies and breath.
I’m also grateful to each of you who showed up with openness and care. Sharing this experience together made it even more meaningful. Thank you for being part of it. 💛
