Floating Sound Bath Journey w/ Sandra

Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a serene and nourishing experience. It was truly special to gather and immerse ourselves in the gentle support of water paired with the healing vibrations of sound. Together, we created space to release, reconnect, and renew.

We were deeply grateful to be held in the gorgeous sound bath healing led by Sandra Béjar, a certified 500-hour yoga instructor. Alongside her sister, Sandra has recently opened the beautiful Dandelion House yoga studio in Keller, and her presence and offerings brought so much care and intention to the experience.

I was honored to share reflections on sound bath healing and the transformative power of sound vibrations, including their deep connection to chakra alignment and energetic harmony. The collective energy in the space—so open, receptive, and grounded—made the evening especially meaningful.

Thank you for showing up with openness and trust, and for allowing yourselves to receive. Experiences like this are a reminder of how powerful it can be to slow down and tend to ourselves together. 💛
