We’re pairing the gentle support of water with the magic of sound for an experience that’s equal parts relaxing and quietly powerful.
Stephanie Trappler will be guiding our sound. She’s an E-RYT 200hr trained yoga teacher with a serious gift for helping people soften. Through breathwork, crystal singing bowls, and other vibrational instruments, she creates immersive sound experiences that invite your whole nervous system to exhale.
I’ll be there too, sharing reflections on the power of sound - how vibration moves through the body, clears stuck energy, and supports alignment from the inside out. In my work through Spacious Living, I’m always exploring ways we can create more ease, balance, and spaciousness in our real, everyday lives. This is one of those ways!
Think: floating, sound waves, deep rest, and a little energetic tune-up.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter. 💧✨
Two options: on a float in the pool or poolside on a yoga mat.
What to bring:
-a water bottle
-bug spray
-if on a float- comfortable clothes and a towel (you will not be in the water...unless you wish to!)
-if poolside- a yoga mat
-an open heart and intention to receive
*anything you think will support your comfort- your own eye mask, favorite scent, blanket/sheet, pillow 🙂
