ONLINE Women's Circle- SEPTEMBER 22th- Everyday Awe: A Gathering on Micro-Joy

What if joy isn’t something you have to wait for, earn, or travel across the world to find?

So often, we carry the silent assumption that joy belongs to the big milestones- the vacations, the promotions, the life changes, or the rare quiet weekends. In the hustle of everyday routines, we unknowingly raise the bar for what allows us to feel delight, leaving us disconnected from the beauty right in front of us.

This September, join us for an intimate 90-minute Women’s Circle dedicated to lowering our threshold for awe. Together, we will step out of "doing mode" and awaken our physical senses to the quiet, everyday moments of wonder waiting to be noticed.

You might experience guided meditation, breathwork, journaling prompts, and opportunities to be witnessed and heard.

Space is limited to preserve an intimate setting. Light refreshments will be offered.
