🌈 Spacious Living at the Keller–Southlake Pride Festival 🌈

Spacious Living was honored to stand with and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community at the very first Keller–Southlake Pride Festival, thoughtfully and beautifully planned for by April and Shaina at The Dreyson.

As part of my commitment to creating safe, affirming spaces, I hosted a special workshop, Affirmations for Authenticity: Notes to My Beautiful Self—a gentle opportunity to pause, reflect, and offer ourselves words that honor who we truly are. It was a meaningful moment of connection, self-recognition, and empowerment.

It was a joy to connect with community throughout the day—sharing conversation, welcoming visitors to my table, inviting participation in a collaborative art piece, and offering a chance to enter a drawing for a prize basket and co-created artwork. The energy, openness, and joy of Pride were deeply felt. The joyful and energizing, Oak Lawn Band, joined us and participated as a buffer from the angry and scared opposition. The love and determination was palpable!
