This co-hosted workshop led by Marina Pellicciotto (SeeChange) and Marlene Barardo (Spacious Living) is an invitation to reclaim your voice, your choice, and your inner fire- right here, right now.

Claim Your Kali Goddess Power blends powerful, grounding yoga postures, intentional journaling, and guided reflection to help you cut through self-doubt, people-pleasing, and old patterns that no longer serve. Kali energy isn’t about aggression- it’s about truth, clarity, and the courage to choose yourself.

Through strong, accessible yoga poses, we’ll work with the body as a source of wisdom and confidence. Through journaling, we’ll give language to what’s ready to be claimed, released, or spoken aloud. Together, these practices create space to feel steady, clear, and unapologetically aligned.
