About the event
Winter invites us to slow down, turn inward, and rest in the quiet of the season. See this reflection I wrote last month on Wintering.
This 60-minute workshop offers gentle, grounding practices that blend breath, simple movement, and guided meditation—designed to support presence, calm, and connection.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to winter: to soften our pace, embrace stillness, and stay connected to the light that remains, even in darker seasons. No meditation experience is necessary—just a willingness to arrive as you are.
Please come prepared with anything that helps you feel supported and at ease:
a cushion, yoga mat, or chair for seated meditation
cozy space where you can settle in
If it feels right, you’re invited to light a candle as a warm anchor for the evening.

To make these gatherings accessible and abundant, I’m using a sliding scale inspired by the elements. You're invited to tune in and choose the exchange that feels most aligned for you at this moment:
Earth – $5 A grounding, accessible rate if you're moving through a tender or transitional time financially.
Water – $11 A steady, nourishing exchange that supports us both and honours the shared energy of the space.
Fire – $22 An expansive contribution that fuels not only your journey but also supports the ripple this work creates for other women.
Air – Custom If you feel called to offer a different amount, you’re welcome to choose your own rate—this is a space rooted in trust and mutual honouring.
