About the event
Female friendships can be our greatest safe havens, but navigating them as adult women isn't always simple.

Some friendships span decades, anchoring us through every version of ourselves. Others naturally shift or drift away, leaving us to navigate a quiet kind of grief. And then there is the vulnerable, sometimes awkward frontier of making new friends- learning how to drop our guards and show up authentically without the masks of who we think we "should" be.
This Women's Circle will dedicated entirely to the landscape of female friendship.
We will explore:
✨ The friendships that have lasted and the ones that have shifted.
✨ The common hurdles and unspoken struggles of encountering new connections.
✨ The qualities we look for in friends today, and what is drawn out of us when we show up fully.
There is no pressure to perform here. Come exactly as you are.
Comfortable clothing, an open heart, and your lived truth are all you need to bring.
You might experience guided meditation, breathwork, journaling prompts, and opportunities to be witnessed and heard.
Looking forward to seeing you for this intimate conversation. Space is limited...book now!
xx,
Marlene
