This is a space for women who feel tender, tired, curious, ready… Women who are longing to come back to themselves after a season of doing, surviving, or holding it all together.
Our January theme is Coming Home to Self.
We’ll explore:
– What it feels like to truly land in your body
– Where you’ve been overextending or abandoning yourself
– How to gently return to what feels true and nourishing
This is not a place to fix yourself. This is a place to remember yourself.
