Women's Circle- The Art of Idle: Reclaiming Pleasure, Play, and Productive Nothingness.
The Art of Idle is an intimate, 90-minute women’s circle dedicated to breaking free from the pressure of constant productivity. If your nervous system is tired from "over-efforting," join us this June to reclaim the radical power of play, somatic release, and productive nothingness. 😉

About the event
Are you tired of the "optimization trap?"

For 90 minutes, you are invited to be entirely useless to the economy, your families, and your to-do lists. We aren't here to grow, heal, or improve. We are gathering in an intimate circle to practice the radical, freeing art of playing and doing absolutely nothing.
This Circle is for you if:
You find yourself attatched to your lists and calendar, and over-complicating your downtime.
You feel a pang of guilt or anxiety whenever you sit still without a task in hand.
You miss the effortless, non-linear play you used to enjoy as an 8-year-old child.
You are ready to transition into summer with a regulated nervous system, a soft belly, and a lighter heart.
Through physical somatic release, zero-utility journaling, and deep, uninterrupted sisterhood witnessing, we will shake off the pressure of "doing" and remember how to taste the sweetness of the present moment.
Come as you are. Your body is welcome here exactly as it is.
xx,
