Making Space to Say YES

As we closed out 2025, many of us likely took time to look back.
We may have mourned the projects left unfinished, the conversations not had, the resolutions that felt meaningful for a moment and then quietly faded. And hopefully, we also paused to honor what was complete—the insights gained, the experiences that shaped us, the relationships that deepened, the love that was shared.
Often, this season invites a kind of clearing. We consciously—or unconsciously—let go of habits, things, relationships, or patterns that no longer serve us. We make space. We loosen our grip. We begin to sense what matters more now.
And once we’ve released a little… the next question naturally arises:
What am I ready to say yes to?

Maybe it’s yes to ease.
Yes to trust.
Yes to love.
Yes to more time in nature.
Yes to laughter and play.
Yes to rest.
Yes to dreams that have been waiting patiently.
But the real inquiry lives in the ordinary.
How does that yes show up in our day-to-day lives?
Maybe it looks like yoga, or long walks outside.
Inviting someone we love to cook alongside us.
Going to bed thirty minutes earlier for a guided meditation.
Ten minutes of morning stretching and intentional breathing.
A five-minute gratitude practice.
Scheduling phone calls for connection instead of squeezing them in between tasks.
Small choices. Quiet commitments. Real life.
For me, what I’m saying yes to this year is presence.
A morning ritual before the day begins.
Silence during my walks with the dog.
Looking my children in the face when they’re speaking to me.
Asking more, speaking less.
Putting my phone down the moment someone enters the room.
Presence for all that I love.
Presence for all those I love.
Presence for nature and its rhythms.
And trust—deep trust—that my presence is the very best I can offer in any given moment.
If you’re feeling called to explore what your yes might be this year, you’re warmly invited into community and support.
Women’s Circles begin again on January 11, offering a gentle, grounded space to slow down, reflect, and come home to yourself alongside other women doing the same.
And if you’re longing for more personal support, 1–1 coaching is available—a partnership rooted in presence, trust, and intentional co-creation as you shape your 2026.
You don’t have to do this alone. Sometimes saying yes simply means choosing to be supported. Feel free to connect at any time for a complimentary discovery call, where all of you is welcome.
So I’ll leave you with this gentle invitation:
What are you saying yes to in the new year?
