Root to Rise: Spring Equinox Visioning Workshop

Spring invites movement—after a season of rest, reflection, and inward tending, something begins to stir.

Root to Rise is a practical, embodied visioning workshop for women, co-created by Marina Pellicciotto (SeeChange) and Marlene Barardo (Spacious Living). Using gentle yoga poses, breathwork, mindful movement, and guided reflection, we’ll support the natural transition from winter’s grounding into spring’s creative expansion.

Rather than pushing goals or overthinking what’s next, this workshop offers tools to clarify what wants to grow—by listening to the body, calming the nervous system, and allowing insight to emerge from a grounded, resourced place.

You’ll leave with:

• A clearer sense of what you’re ready to nurture this spring

• Practices for staying connected to your body and intuition

• A grounded vision that feels aligned, sustainable, and true

  
  

This workshop is for women who:

• Feel ready to move forward, but want to do so with intention—not pressure

• Are in a season of transition or reorientation

• Are curious about yoga, mindfulness, or somatic practices (no experience required)

• Want space to reconnect with their inner compass and creative energy
