VIRTUAL Root to Rise: Spring Equinox Visioning Workshop

Spring invites movement.

After all that resting, reflecting, and hibernating… there’s a little spark. A stretch in the spine. A curiosity that says, maybe now.

Root to Rise is a gentle, embodied visioning gathering for women, co-created by Marina Pellicciotto (SeeChange) and Marlene Barardo (Spacious Living). Through simple yoga, mindful movement, breath, and guided reflection, we’ll explore what’s ready to grow- without forcing, fixing, or figuring everything out.

This isn’t about pushing goals or hustling into “what’s next.”

It’s about listening.

Letting your body lead.

And allowing clarity to rise naturally from a grounded, supported place.
